By accessing World Cup Predictor ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Skill-based game, not gambling

The Service is a free, skill-based prediction game. Submitting predictions costs nothing. You are not wagering money, and points have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Outcomes depend on football knowledge and judgement.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the Service. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3. Wallet & accounts

Access is via a self-custodial Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet and keys. We never take custody of your funds and will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. A sign-in signature only proves ownership.

4. Token & rewards

Any associated token is a utility/access token, not an investment, security, or promise of profit. Holding may unlock access to the Service. Promotional rewards, if any, are discretionary, distributed by the treasury, and may change or end at any time. Nothing here is financial advice.

5. Fair play

Predictions lock at match start and cannot be changed afterward. Do not use bots, multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, or otherwise abuse the Service. We may suspend access for abuse.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fixtures, odds, and results may contain errors or delays. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Not affiliated with FIFA

The Service is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any football governing body. Team and tournament names are used descriptively.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
